Applications are invited for the temporary position of Senior Project Engineer to work full time in Project No. DST/ME/2019252. Only those candidates that intend to work for the full duration of the project should apply.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: B.Tech + MTech/Ms + 3 Years (Minimum) with working experience in Automotive Sector is preferred. The main qualities we are looking for in the candidate are commitment, perseverance, and technical skills with advance level of expertise in using commercial codes for FEM Analysis which shall include Static/Transient Structural analysis and vibration analysis for large geometries.
Salary Range: INR 32400 - 2700 - 81000/-
Required Skills: Advance level of 3D CAD Modelling, CFD & FEM Analysis
Description of the Role: The candidate should be able to independently handle the following: (1) 3D CAD modelling (2) Geometry Cleanup for Meshing (3) High Quality Meshing (4) Setting up simulations with appropriate boundary conditions (4) Performing CFD/FEM simulations to support the design idea (5) Designing of experimental setup (6) Validation of FEM results through experiments (7) Documenting and reporting every aspect of the work
