Job Role: Field work in the villages adopted by IIT Kanpur, planning and implementing the projects and monitoring them, working with target groups and formation of groups/clusters.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA+MCA/M.Com/M.Sc/M.A) or Graduate (B.Sc/B.A/B.Com/BCA) + 3 years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualification: B.Sc(Agri)/ B.A. (Social work)+ computer skills. Experience of agriculture sector and community mobilisation, project coordination and formation of self help groups will be an asset.

Salary range:- INR 13200-1100-33000 (Consolidated)

Duration:- One year and extendable
