• Minimum Qualification:

Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience

Or

Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience.

• Essential Work Experience: Applicant should be good in written communication (emails/ letters) and should have excellent content writing capability including compilation of reports, newsletters and social media posts. Applicant should be able to handle paper filing, accounting, and procedures for ordering/ purchase and should be versed in adjusting to running around jobs (fixing items, following up with purchase, repair, etc.). Should have experience of managing office, laboratory, and big projects. Should be aware of GFR-17, purchase guidelines and processes in Government institutes including Government e Marketplace. Should be versed in keeping checks on timelines, smooth execution of projects, arranging meetings, and coordination with project teams and stakeholders. Applicant should have prior experience on logistic arrangements for meetings, seminars, workshops and coordinating visits. The applicant is expected to have a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, good team player and possess working knowledge of English and Hindi. The applicant must also be acquainted with working knowledge of computer-based office applications (MS Office – power-point, excel, word, poster etc.).

• Salary: INR 29000-2400-72200 per month (Salary shall be commensurate with experience & skills)

• Nature of position: Temporary / Contractual

• Duration of appointment: 1 Year or till the end of project. Renewal of appointment on annual basis.
