Applications are invited for temporary or contractual post of Senior Project Engineer under the project entitled "Centre of Excellence for Large Area Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur" at Samtel Centre for Display Technologies (SCDT), IIT Kanpur.
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech + M.Tech + Ph.D OR M.Tech + 3 years experience.
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
- M.Tech or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering+ 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in operating vacuum deposition and plasma treatment equipments
- Experience in trouble shooting in ultrahigh vacuum systems related equipments like compressor, cryopumps and Turbo molecular pumps
- Experience in thin film deposition and characterization technologies
- Experience in fabrication of vacuum processed OLED or solar cells would be an advantage
- Used to working in clean room environment.
Salary : Rs. 32400-2700-81000/- per month based on qualification
Duration of appointment: 1 Year or till end of Project whichever is earlier. Contract (may be extended)
