Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Digital Learning. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Name of the Post: Deputy Project Manager                             Number of Posts: 01 (One)

Consolidated Pay: 23000-2000-59000 (The consolidated starting salary will be approximately Rs. 25000)

Essential Qualification and experience: Post Graduate (MBA) + 5 years of relevant experience

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in Digital Marketing with a strong grasp of Social Media Marketing and SEO.
• Experienced in managing Meta ads, hands-on expertise in video editing, and adept in YouTube marketing.
• Skilled in website development through WordPress and Wix.
• Knowledgeable in utilizing various AI tools and other platforms such as GA4, SEMRush, Yoast SEO, Bitable, Bitly, etc.
• Knowledge of crafting visuals with Canva.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordination and overseeing various marketing activities of the Office of Digital Learning, IIT Kanpur
• Need to Design posters, flyers, brochures, standees, etc. with creativity and attention to details.
• Need to write blogs and submit them on various channels to enhance online presence.
• Manage all Social Media channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective online presence.
• Analyze and track the results of marketing activities conducted by third-party companies.
• Need to prepare report on necessary actions required for optimizing marketing activities.
• Website development to contribute to online platforms.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the competent authority time to time.
