Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Digital Learning. The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is for initial period of one year or till the end of project whichever is earlier, and renewal on satisfactory performance.

Nature of Work: The work is related to finance and accounting in nature.

Name of the Post: Project Manager                                No of Post: 1 (One)

Salary Range: 29000-2400-72200 consolidate

Project Manager: Post Graduate (M.com) + 08 years relevant experience ‘OR' (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) + 15 years relevant experience Graduate.

Desirable Experience:

  • Candidates having an MBA degree will be preferred.
  • Proficient in handling various accounts related to student income, including maintaining bank books, ledgers, and finalizing accounts.
  • Experience in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and Good knowledge of Taxation.
  • Skilled in processing independent payments.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Packages and software, basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Power Point, and Access.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in managing accounts.
  • Minimum of five years experience in financial management within a government organization or educational institute.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Processing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and other associated formal documents.
  • Overall supervision/preparation of fees reconciliation, proforma invoice, tax invoice and bill of supply of eMasters Programmes.
  • Handling Proforma Invoices and GST invoices for sponsored companies of students.
  • Processing students fee related queries and requests.
  • Preparation of balance sheet.
  • Need to prepare a report on necessary actions required for any financial data.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
