“Micro-SQUID magnetometry of nano-scale magnetic structures”
Applications are invited for One post of Post-doc/Research Associate under IFCPAR Indo-French project entitled “Micro-SQUID magnetometry of nano-scale magnetic structures” at the Department of Physics, IIT Kanpur. The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis.
Essential qualification: Ph.D. in Physics or Materials Science.
Desirable: Experience in low temperature measurements and instrumentation, thin film device fabrication using lithographic techniques, LabView programming.
Age limit (maximum): 35 years
Salary: Rs. 36,000 per month + 7,200 HRA (as per institute norms)
Duration: Till 31st March 2018 for the time being, and extendable on yearly basis till the completion (3 years) of the project, subject to satisfactory performance.
