The high energy particle theory group at Indian Institute of Technology has a Research Associate-I position for a project funded by SERB/ PHY/2023799, New Delhi, India.

Research Interest of the group includes Effective Filed Theory at low and high energies, and Flavour Physics.

The post is for one year, but may be extendable for one more year depending on performance and availability

of funding.This post is purely temporary and on Contractual basis.

Essential qualifications:

Research Associate-I position: M.Sc. in Theoretical High Energy Physics, MSc. or Ph. D in Theoretical Particle

Physics + 3 Years of research experience with at least one published paper in science citation index.

• Extensive knowledge of Quantum Field Theory, Particle Physics, Renormalisation Group Evolutions,
• Flavour Physics.

Salary Scale: Consolidated Salary INR (58,000 per month + 10,440 HRA per month*).
