Applications are invited for the post of “Project Manager (01) and Deputy Project Manager (01)” in the Project IITK/JEE/20130009:
Project Manager: One
Consolidated Salary Structure: 24000-2000-60000. (Higher starting salary may be given to exceptionally qualified and experience candidates).
Essential Qualifications: MBA (First Division) from Government recognized institutes/universities. MBA in Information Technology (IT) is preferable.
Essential Experience: Candidates should be hard working and should have at least 8 years of work experience in National level Examination Conducting body in reputed organizations.
Candidate should possess good knowledge of purchase procedures of Government of India, knowledge and assembly of computer hardware is must, expertise handling in documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email clients over software and database management system (DBMS) is must. Knowledge of computerized accounting is mandatory. A candidate having experience of working in examination related activities and confidential work for 3 to 5 years is desirable.
Deputy Project Manager: One
Consolidated Salary Structure: 19200-1600-48000. (Higher starting salary may be given to exceptionally qualified and experience candidates)
Essential Qualifications: Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com.) with 10 yrs. of relevant experience
Essential Experience: Candidates should be hard working and should have at least 10 years of work experience in the National level Examination Conducting Body in reputed organizations. Should possess good knowledge of handling documents, spreadsheets, presentations, office management over software and must be well versed with bank and other office related field jobs.
The selection will be based on interview to be held at JEE Office, IIT Kanpur.
No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
The post is purely temporary for a maximum period of 03 years only and may be further extended on the basis of performance.
The short-listing committee reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience.
