For the DRDO funded project on "PHOTODIODE ARRAYS FOR NEAR INFRARED DETECTION AND TRACKING" a Project Scientist is sought.The post is purely temporary and a contractual basis.

Total emoluments: Rs. 35,200/- per month (CONSOLIDATED)

Period of appointment: 6 months, but likely to be extended by 1 year.

Minimum Qualification: M.Tech. Or B.Tech + 3 years experience

Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in Electronics/Electrical Engineering in the relevant area of semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
(Those who have submitted their PhD Thesis in a highly reputed institute may also apply)

Desirable:

1. Experience in Photolithography in the fabrication of PIN photodiodes on compound semiconductors.
2. Experience of Reactive Ion Etching of compound Semiconductors.
3. Experience of fabrication of Photodiode Arrays
