Position: Project Scientist/Project Engineer
No. of positions: 1 (one)

Applications are invited for one Project Scientist/Project Engineer in the project, “Development of R&D Platform for Smart City Projects in the Indian Context”, funded by the Ministry of Power, India and IIT Kanpur.

Minimum qualification:
For Project Scientist

1. PhD or M Sc. with 3 yr experience (Computer Science)
2. At least 3 years of Hands on Experience on independent software development in Java/J2EE, PHP, HTML5, MySQL
3. Knowledge of software development life cycle

For Project Engineer

1. MTech or BTech with 3 yr experience (Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering)
2. At least 3 years of Hands on Experience on independent software development in Java/J2EE, PHP, HTML5, MySQL
3. Knowledge of software development life cycle

Desired qualification:

1. Working experience on Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus
2. Software Project Management skill

Salary Range: 22000-2200-44000 (consolidated)

The posts are purely temporary, and are for the duration of one year. Interested candidates are requested to apply with CV containing complete details of education and experience.
