Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Sr. Project Scientist under the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Large Area of Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur” at SCDT, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification: (PhD +1 year. of relevant experience) or (Postgraduate degree + 4 years of relevant experience)

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics with 5 years of relevant experience

Desirable Experience: At least five years’ experience in followings area

• Modelling and simulation of chemical sensors/sensor array
• Chemical data mining and data fusion,
• Fuzzy clustering and inference systems, artificial neural network
• Classification and quantification of chemical sensor/sensor array data.

Salary: Rs. 38800-3200-96400/- (per month based on qualification)

Term of Appointment: The appointment will be purely on temporary and contractual basis initially for a period of three years or end of the project, whichever is earlier
