Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Sr. Project Scientist under the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Large Area of Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur” at SCDT, IIT Kanpur.
Minimum Qualification:
For Sr. Project Scientist Ph.D. + 1 year relevant experience Or Postgraduate + 4 years relevant experience
Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics/EE/Materials Science in the specialization in organic electronics/Printed electronics with 7 years of relevant experience
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in different type of coating/printing technologies like Blade coating, spin coating plasma jet printing and screen printing etc.
- Hand on experience on fabrication and characterization of Li ion battery, Impedance spectroscopy and cycle voltametric etc.
- Experience of thin film device fabrication of organic optoelectronic devices like OLED and solar cell
- Experience in Fabrication of Flexible/printable OLED and characterization
- Hand on experience of various characterization techniques like Ramanpectroscopy, Photoluminescence /UV-ViS spectroscopy, Four-point, Probe, Current – Voltage Measurement with Microprobe Station
- Clean Room working experience (Class 100, 1000), Glove Box attached
Salary: Rs. 38800-3200-96400/- (per month based on qualification)
Term of Appointment: The appointment will be purely on temporary and contractual basis initially for a period of three years or end of the project, whichever is earlier
