Project Title: "DST-Bioenergy & H₂ MAP"

Age limit: 35 years

Qualifications:

Either 'A' or 'B' Below.

A) For those with M.Tech qualification:

Essential Qualifications: M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science Engineering.

• Minimum percentage marks: 70% in M.Tech & 60% in B.Tech.
• Should have taken Material Science/Thermodynamics courses at B.Tech level.

OR

B) For those with B.Sc. & M.Sc. qualification:

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. Physics/Materials Science + 3years relevant Experience

• Should have taken Mathematics as a course subject at B.Sc level
• B.Sc. in Physics/Materials Science with 60%
• A minimum of 65% in M.Sc. degree
• JRF qualified or 95 percentile or higher in GATE. Experience of three years (in research).

Essential Work Experience:

Must have minimum 06 months working experience in Hydrogen Storage & Refrigeration System, knowledge of basics of Physics and Materials Engineering, Good experimental skills, knowledge of experimental techniques like; SEM, XRD and FTIR. Knowledge of operating Vacuum Induction furnace and Arc melting.

The candidate is expected to be self-driven for conducting research and publishing his/her work in high quality scientific journals and conferences. The candidate should have demonstrated verbal and writing skills in communicating results of his/her own research.

Duration of appointment: Post is purely temporary for duration of One Year (from the date of appointment)

Salary:

A consolidated salary of Rs. 31000 per month +18% HRA
