Essential Qualifications	Phd.*/Master degree with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area
Essential Experience	Minimum 15 years of legal experience in Business organization of repute.
Desirable	Legal experience in drafting of contracts, litigation, arbitration and independently attending overall related legal matters preferably in the Corporate Sector.
Job Profile	legalities involved in incubation process, Technology transfer activities, project and seed fund management
Salary Range	42000-3500-105000

The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis will be offered for a period of one year and renewal on satisfactory performance.
