Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Handling project management activities across various programs.
• Planning and execution of outreach activities related to the various programs.
• Developing scope and objectives of various projects considering the technical feasibility and involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Liaison with funding agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Travel

• As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification

• Post graduate degree Or Graduate degree + 3 years of relevant experience.

Desirable

• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Good Team Player with high energy willing to work in a start-up environment.
• Competence in working with multidimensional & multicultural environment

Salary Range

• 50,000/-
