Responsibilities

Project management profile:

• Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of work.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Lead regular project meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and make decisions.

Or

HR related profile:

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.

Or

Legal related profile:

• Assist in the preparation of legal contracts, and agreements, and maintain legal files and records.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.

Or

Finance related profile:

• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial audits and compliance efforts.
• Monitor cash flows and manage liquidity.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and collection from customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Travel

• As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification

• Post graduate degree Or Graduate degree + 3 years of relevant experience.

• Competence in working with multidimensional & multicultural environment

Salary Range

• 16000-1300-38000
