Responsibilities
|
- Review expense reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and facilitate reimbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies, conducting periodic audits and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, providing financial expertise and support as needed to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations as needed.
- Assist in the development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain audit trails and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification
|
- Post graduate degree + 5 years of relevant experience Or Graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.
|

Desirable

- Previous experience in Tally software
- Experience with database management
|
