Responsibilities

Project management Profile:

• Extensive coordination with incubated startups and their stakeholders
• Lead/ Support product development, related technological challenges, operations, performance, economic and market trends
• Research and Analyze emerging technology and innovations in different streams of Science and Technology and their industrial applications
• Lead meeting planning, facilitation, presentation, minutes, and follow-up
• Develop a knowledge of the incubatee startups and be able to strategize based on product lifecycle
• Help develop an execution policy statement with each incubatee based on their goals, objectives, product life-stage, and market response
• Help Translate execution policy to individual objectives for the leadership of the incubatee startups
• Monitor and manage performance versus benchmarks and develop insights regarding critical success factors and detractors
• Monitor resource allocation on a quarterly basis relative to policy and goals; evaluate and escalate needs to recalibrate

Media Profile:

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the organization's brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Oversee the organization's social media channels and develop strategies to increase engagement and followership.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and

Travel

• As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification

• B.Tech, Or Post graduate, Or Graduate+ 3 years relevant experience

Desirable

• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Good Team Player with high energy willing to work in a start-up environment.
• Competence in working with multidimensional & multicultural environment.
