Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Senior Project Associate under the project entitled 'Regional Hub and Technical Centre' (Technology Submission of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, MHUPA).

Minimum Qualification: M.Plan/ M.Arch/ M.Tech (Civil) + 1 year experience

Desirable Qualification :

1. Relevant work experience in construction industry with the knowledge of green building solutions, Sustainable Design and documentations.
2. Experience or familiarity in organizing workshops and report preparation would be an added advantage.

Nature of work

1. R&D to facilitate sustainable technological solutions for faster & cost effective constructions
2. Evaluation, Validation and Certification of new/green technologies including knowledge of relevant codes of practices, locally available materials
3. Preparation of Road map for implementation of new technologies
4. Organizing orientation/training programmes /workshops for stakeholders

Salary - Rs. 18000-1800-36000/- per month based on qualification and experience

Duration of appointment: 1 year or till end of the project whichever is earlier. Contract may be extended based on candidate's performance.
