Database Management (GDM) project, as part of the Ganga River Basin
Environmental Management Project (GRBEMP)”. The details of

1.Name of Post: Project Engineer
Number of Posts: 1
Engineers wanted for managing geo-spatial databases and hosting
them through the web. Background required in Database management,
website development, network and database security.
Qualifications and Experience: M.Tech in
Computer Science and Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or Electronics
& Communications Engineering, or related
Salary Range: 22000-2200-44000
2.Name of Post: Senior Project Associate
Number of Posts: 1
Engineers wanted for visualizing and analyzing geo-spatial databases,
with web-interfaces. Background required in Geo-spatial database
management and its software utilities, web application development,
visualization tools and analysis. Persons
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum B.Tech/B.E. + 1 year experience
Computer Science and Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or Electronics
& Communications Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Salary Range: 18000-1800-36000
3.Name of Post: Project Scientist
Number of Posts: 1
Engineers wanted for designing visualization and analysis applications
on geo-spatial databases, with web-interfaces. Background required
in Geo-spatial database management and its software utilities, web
application development, visualization tools and analysis.
Qualifications and Experience: Ph.D. or M.Sc/M.Tech with 3 years
experience in
Computer Science and Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or Electronics
& Communications Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Salary Range: 22000-2200-44000
Duration for all the posts is for one year (may be extended). The
