A system for facilitating two-dimensional fluid movement of an object over an area, comprising: a pair of supporting structure (5) positioned at two end of said area (6); a X movement device comprising a cable-gear-wheel arrangement for facilitating movement of the object in longitudinal direction; a Y movement device comprising a plurality of Rambler units mounted on two parallel rail system positioned over the supporting structure, for facilitating movement of the object in lateral direction; a guide cable (3) on which the X-movement device moves; wherein both ends of said cable (3) is anchored to at least one hook attached with said plurality of rambler unit; a data collection and control system (2) configured to collect data from the field and synchronize the movement of the object in X-Y direction; wherein said cable-gear-wheel arrangement comprises a stepper motor with a pair of smaller wheel amongst which one of said smaller wheel drives a bigger wheel by means of a timing belt and said bigger wheel driven by one of said smaller wheel to provide motion to the X movement device and guide the X movement device on said cable; and wherein the rambler units move on the rail system based on a co-ordinate information from the data collection and control system.
