Adding / dropping of courses and withdrawing from courses
  Adding and dropping of courses after registration is permitted only if the student's request is endorsed by the instructor of the course that he/she is adding or dropping and is also endorsed by the convener DPGC. The last dates of applying for adding and dropping of courses are specified in the academic calendar. No adding or dropping of courses is permitted in the summer term.
  A student may be required to drop a course at any stage if it is determined that he/she does not fulfil the prequisities for the course, or if a time-table clash exists which does not permit him/her to attend all the meetings of the corse, or any rule in this manual which forbids him/ her to take the course( s) that he/she has registered for.
  The  DPGC  in construction with the instructor and with the approval of the  SPGC may allow a student at his/her request to withdraw from one or more corses during the semester. if he/she has been sick for considerable time and has submitted a certificate to the satisfaction of the DPGC, but the reduced load shall not be less then the minimum semester Load ( specified in topic "Semester Load Requirements" of this page ).
