The thesis/project will be examined by an oral examination committee formed
by the thesis supervisor(s)/programme coordinator in consultation with
the Head of the Department/IDP. It must be recommended by the DPGC
and approved by the Chairperson, SPGC.
The committee shall consist
of the thesis supervisor(s)/programme coordinator and at least two but
not more than four other members, one of who should belong to a department/IDP
other than the student's department/IDP. The thesis supervisor/programme
coordinator will act as the Convener of the Committee.
