Participation Fees

The registration fee will offer participants:

• Conference folder and programme


• Conference breakfasts, lunches and Dinners


• Coffee breaks throughout the conference

Accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
Accommodation:
We will arrange on campus accommodation on payment basis. We have reserved a few rooms in Visitors’ Hostel and its Extension (Rs. 700 per night for single occupation and Rs. 550 per night per person for double occupation) and Student Hall (Rs. 150 per night).

Students must submit a student ID or letter of supervisor, or any document stating that the student is currently enrolled at a college or university. The document must be send by email to the Conference e-mail ID: iclae16@iitk.ac.in. Note that the registration is not complete until this document is send by email!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received and post-marked before 31 July 2016 will receive a 70 percent refund to be transferred after the Conference. After that date, it will not be possible to reimburse the fee. If you need to cancel your participation, please send an email to the Conference e-mail ID: iclae16@iitk.ac.in.

Non-liability Clause: The organisers are not liable for the consequences of any unpredictable event that might disturb the sequence of the conference.
