1. Every member of the campus community is encouraged to visit and use the facilities at DIL

2. Any member of the campus community may offer courses using the DIL facilities. The charges for using the DIL facilities for regular courses is Rs 500/day/machine. However, for QIP courses it is Rs 200/day/machine. At most 18 machines can be booked per day.

3. All bookings should be done well in advance by clicking on the 'Login' button at the top of this page. The money has to deposited to the R&D account no. AIP/ME/20070146 before the start of the course.

4. Please inform us of any cancellations well in advance.

5. Any person who wants to conduct a course at DIL should be certified by Autodesk and should have undergone training sessions conducted by Autodesk personnel.

6. Students and faculty who want to use the DIL facility after office hours should also make a booking through the Login page. There are no charges for using DIL for academic purposes. However, this facility is disabled at the moment but will be available soon. As of now, DIL is open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays.

7. Please do not tamper with the settings of the workstations and do not download or store large files on the hard drives. Hard drives are cleaned up every once in a while and as of now, we do not keep backups.
