The camp is organized into three tiers:

Faculty Mentors: The interested faculty will act as mentors and supervise the projects undertaken by the participants. The participants will interact directly with the faculty for guidance in their respective projects. They will also be be the final judges for the progress of the students based on their project work and presentations.

Student Mentors: The student mentors are the backbone of the camp. They are responsible for planning and execution of  the courses as well as directly mentoring the student projects. They essentially form a link between the faculty mentors and the student participants.

Student Participants: The student participants (mainly selected from the second year of EE department) are participating in the course work as students. They are expected to attend lectures and do assignments for all the courses. After approximately fifteen days of course work they will be undertaking projects based on their own interests and topics as suggested by the mentors. These projects will be evaluated by the faculty.
