Meeting Minutes: Organizing Prof. N.K. Batra Quiz:

          a. To  be organized on Aug. 19, 2012

          b.   Speaker to be sought by Prof. A. Upadhyaya

          c.       Need to circulate the invitation to schools by July 12^th 2012 (with speaker’s name and title of talk)

         d.      Rolling trophy to be recalled from last year winners

         e.      Need to call PG students (Shashank) and initiate the generation of question bank

         f.        Request Head, MSE for funding the lunch for Batra Quiz

Suggestions:

1.       Around 100 Caps be printed in bulk (for providing to participants and volunteers) -> Total cost ~Rs. 4,000

2.       Instead of cash, books like Callister can be given to winners. For the first two teams, their trophies can be of different amounts to distinguish the prize amount.
