All participants desirous of presenting papers in the oral sessions or poster sessions will have to submit an extended abstract upto a maximum of 2 pages. Novel work with good scientific value is expected. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.

All contributed papers will be reviewed by the Technical programme committee and accepted for presentation only upon their recommendation. The decision of the committee and Convenors will be final.

All submissions need to be prepared as per the templates given on this website.

The templates for preparation of the extended abstracts are available as both Microwoft WORD file and LaTeX file . Please download the templates, prepare your extended abstract and export into a pdf file.

We will be using the easychair.com for submission and review of the papers. Please follow the link below to take up a login on the easychair.com website and submit your extended abstracts as pdf files.

The decision of the technical review committee will be communicated to the authors by 15 August 2018.
