The Women’s Association at IIT Kanpur recently concluded its Kids Clothing Drive (Winter Clothes) with remarkable success. This thoughtful initiative aimed at collecting gently used winter clothes in good condition for children in the age group of 2 to 15 years to support the kids of Manaviya Shiksha Sanskar Sansthan, Mandhana.

Under the heartfelt motto, “Give a Little - Help a Lot!”, the drive received overwhelming participation and generosity from the campus community.

As per the specific needs of the initiative, winter clothes for children aged 8 to 15 years were prioritized. The enthusiastic response from campus residents ensured that a significant number of clothing items were collected to meet the requirements.

On January 11th, Team WA personally visited the Manaviya Shiksha Sanskar Sansthan to hand over the collected clothes. The experience was both humbling and inspiring as the team witnessed the joy and gratitude of the children and the institution.
