The activities of the Centre will be overseen by a National Advisory Committee (NAC) and institute level Centre Consultative Committee (CCC). These constitution of these committees is currently underway.

All interested faculty members can participate in accomplishing the mission of the Centre. The participating faculty will obtain sponsored/consultancy projects on relevant areas from external agencies. The proposals submitted to obtain such sponsorship should have the consent of Coordinator, CESE.

The Centre will actively support research carried out by students. The Centre will try to provide special fellowships to students who will be working on projects that are operational at the Centre.
