Welcome To The Web Page of Chemical Society, IIT Kanpur
The Department of Chemistry has 29 faculty, more than 350 students and about 25 technical and nontechnical staff. The Chemical Society is an activity based group involving all the members of the Chemistry department. Every year, the Chemical Society organizes a welcome for the new members and a farewell for the outgoing members. In addition, the society also arranges various seminars of general interest including a special seminar series titled Student Hosted Colloqium
