In-campus accommodation:

In-campus accommodation may not be available for the newly admitted PG students at the time of admission/ offer acceptance. HRA, as per rules, may be provided to all such students. The students will be given an option for in-campus accommodation as and when available. Related details will be shared in due course of time.

Indian Candidates:

4. Students who are in the final year of their programme (likely to finish the programme by January 04, 2027) may also apply and secure provisional admission for the session commencing in January 2027 (2026-27-II Semester).
5. Financial support (Institute Assistantship/Scholarship) will be provided to non-sponsored PhD, and MS (By Research).
6. Those employed in industry or a college/university/institute may apply for admission as sponsored, external or part-time candidates. Withdrawal from the Programme and Fee Refund Policy

1. The deadline for withdrawal from the admission (with Rs. 2,500/- deduction) is December 13, 2026. If the withdrawal is received after December 13, 2026, the deduction will be at least 25% of the total fees paid, provided the candidate does not join the institute. Post joining the institute, the deduction for withdrawal from the admission will be as DOSA norms.
   • Refund processing will be taken up after January 18, 2027. Refund may take up to 21 working days.

   • For withdrawal requests after December 13, 2026, the form at https://forms.gle/1wyNy3QZ9m3RNNUy5 needs to be filled.
   
   
   • It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit the withdrawal request through the appropriate link, depending on the date of submission, along with the below mentioned documents
     1. Signed application for withdrawal consisting of all details
     2. Fee payment receipt
     3. Bank details (Name, Brach, IFSC code, A/C no, address)
     4. Photocopy of front page of passbook
