3. Self-Attested Copies of Academic Documents	10th Standard Certificate & Marksheet 12th Standard Certificate & Marksheet All Semester/Year-wise Marksheets and Degree Certificates for Bachelor’s/Master’s (as applicable) GMAT/GRE Score Report (if applicable, optional)
4. Passport Copy	Self-attested copy (for all applicants, since the program includes a compulsory study visit abroad).
5. Work Experience Proofs (self- attested copies)	Certificates from current and previous employers showing period of employment. Latest salary slip (for the month preceding submission). Job description or employment certificate as required.
6. Category-Specific Documents (self-attested copies)
(a) Self-Sponsored (will resign):	Letter of resignation and release from employer (original to be produced at registration).
(b) Self-Sponsored (on Study Leave):	Attested copy of study leave application + Employer’s consent/endorsement letter.
(c) Sponsored Candidates:	Letter of intent for sponsorship + Attested copy of sponsorship letter/bond from employer (with terms, conditions, and extent of sponsorship).
7. Two Recommendation Letters	In the prescribed format. Each in a sealed envelope signed on the flap by the recommender. Referees must mention your Application ID and Name on the top of the letter.
8. Any Other Supporting Documents (self-attested copies)	Certificates for extracurricular activities, achievements, or special recognitions (if applicable).
