PARWA 2026 (Postgraduate Alumni Reconnecting With Alma Mater) is a flagship initiative and the first-ever exclusive reunion dedicated to IIT Kanpur’s postgraduate alumni. Building on the success of PARWA 2025, which saw more than 100 alumni return to campus, this edition brings together PG alumni from the institute’s first six decades (1960–2020). It offers a special opportunity to reconnect with friends and mentors, relive cherished memories, rediscover the evolving campus, and celebrate the shared legacy of IIT Kanpur.

PARWA stands for Postgraduate Alumni Reconnecting With Alma mater. It is a special event organized exclusively for postgraduate alumni of IIT Kanpur from the first 60 years (1960–2020).
This event is exclusively for postgraduate alumni of IIT Kanpur who completed their degrees in the first five decades of the institute’s history.
Fill out the Registration Form shared in your invitation email. The nominal fee details are included in the form.
Reconnect with alumni, revisit memories, explore campus, and network while celebrating your IITK journey.
The schedule will be finalized based on responses. It will include networking, nostalgic activities, and institute sessions.
