Mr. Anil Dhawan has over 48 years’ experience in Project Management and Construction and is currently assigned as Executive Vice President at Delhi International Airport (DIAL). He is responsible for the design and construction of Air Traffic Control Tower and Infrastructure Development within the Aerocity. Prior to this he was designated as Project Manager for the new Runway, Terminal 3 and associated facilities. Prior to joining DIAL, Anil Dhawan worked for Bechtel Corporation for forty years and retired as Project Manager. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.), Bombay. Within Bechtel he had various assignments in senior capacity on mega projects which included Dabhol Power Project, Jamnager Refinery Project, Haldia Petrochemical Project and others in USA, Turkey, Middle East and Iraq.

Dr. Brian M. Kleiner is director of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction, Virginia Tech and Bogle Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Dr. Kleiner was founding director of the Center for Innovation in Construction Safety and Health. Brian is active with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and serves on the National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) Sector Council for Construction. Brian has led several million dollars of construction safety research through NIOSH Cooperative Agreements for the past 10 years. Dr. Kleiner's work focuses on the socio-technical nature of work systems and safety and is supported by his academic training in both psychology and engineering. Prof. Mills is an associate professor and the director of IC-SAFE, the Myers-Lawson School of Construction Center for Innovation in Construction Safety, Health, and Well Being, Virginia Tech. Prof. Mills is still active within the industry through his consulting design firm and was a Hensel-Phelps Faculty Fellow and Kiewit Faculty Fellow. His research involves information technology, occupational health and safety, Latino worker health and safety, education, and supervision. He has authored or co-authored two book chapters, 16 journal publications, and over 40 refereed conference papers. He was co-editor of the International Journal of Construction Education and Research and has served as Director and is Past President of Sigma Lambda Chi, the International Honor Society for Construction Education
