Important Note (Only for international participants): For wire transfer, please add USD 50 as bank charges. Also, for international participants, material can only be couriered to local India address at no additional charges. Please add USD 50 to send material to overseas address by Speed Post. Procedure for PYTHON Installation:
Please note participants are required to use Laptop with PYTHON installed. Although participants can use any IDE, preferred installation is ANACONDA and Spyder IDE.

Important Notes:
- Only hard copy of lecture material will be posted. Due to IPR related concerns, soft copies will not be provided.
- Efforts will be made to send the material before the course begins. Since material will be sent by post/ courier, organizers do NOT take responsibility for postal/ courier delays or non-receipt of material.
- Recording of lectures, uploading/ distribution of video or audio lectures or course notes is strictly NOT permitted
- Participants have to ensure connectivity for the duration of the course. Recorded video lectures will NOT be available. All participants should test their connections during the Zoom test sessions mentioned in Program
- All participants MUST keep their video feed ON during the course to monitor attendance and participation

Registration for the PYTHON for 5G NOMA, Cooperative and Cognitive Radio 4th to 12th January 2021 is CLOSED
Refund Policy: In case of cancellation by participant, fee will be refunded after deduction of GST and INR 4,000 overhead charges per program. Cancellation requests will only be accepted up to 7 days prior to start of course and material has NOT been dispatched. After that no refund will be possible.
Act of God: In the rare event course cannot be held as per normal schedule because of acts of God beyond our control due to extreme events pertaining to weather, natural phenomenon or critical illness of the instructor, course will be shifted to a date of mutual convenience. If this still cannot be held after due consideration, fee will be refunded to participants after deduction of GST. Further, all course material such as notes, assignments, solutions and PYTHON code will be posted to all the participants.
Preparing for the course
- Although all material will be explained starting from basics, if possible, participants can go through video lectures of Prof. Aditya Jagannatham below to learn more about some of the basic concepts for the short course.
- Video lectures 1-8 on Diversity properties of Multi-antenna Systems and lectures 20-24 on MIMO Systems in course on "Advanced 3G & 4G Wireless Mobile Communications". In addition, if time permits, please also briefly go through Lectures 13-18 on Multi-Antenna Channel Estimation in course on "Estimation for Wireless Communications MIMO OFDM Cellular And Sensor Networks".
