| Step 1: |
PI will be required to submit Project Completion Report in standard Format at the end of final year, indicating the progress of the work
accomplished during concerned year.

| Step 2: |
PI will prepare Project Completion Report in consultation with Focal Person(Contact Scientist).

| Step 3: |
Assessment of Project Completion Report by ISRO RESPOND Center and Focal Person(Contact Scientist).

| Step 4: |
Review report received from ISRO RESPOND Center.

| Step 5: |
PI will be required to present the work in the Joint Policy Committe Meeting (JPC Meeting).

| Step 6: |
PI will be required to submit a hard copy of the project completion report and a soft copy of the project completion report to the RESPOND Center along with all deliverables.
Also, PI must submit a copy and a Hard copy of the project completion report to the STC-IITK
.

| Step 7: |
STC-IITK needs to submit FUND Utilization Certificate (FUC), Audited Accounts Statement (AAS) and Grant-in-aid bill to Account Officer, Department of Space with a copy to DD, RESPOND.
