Accommodation

* Accommodation for all the student participants is arranged in Student Hostel "Hall-1” within the IIT Kanpur campus. Proceed to Room No. C-101 to check-in.

* Accommodation for all the faculty participants, speakers, governing body members, council members and sponsors is in Visitor’s Hostel (VH) within IIT Kanpur campus

Accommodation for all the invited speakers will be provided in the Vistor’s Hostel, IIT Kanpur.

For all other delegates and participants, a prior booking (during the registration) is required. Accommodation will be provided in the Visitor’s Hostel based on the availability. Rooms will be allocated based on the first-cum-first-serve basis. 

An additional accommodation fee (see charges below) will be charged during the registration. Participants may also book hotels outside the IIT Kanpur campus. A list of recommended hotels will be provided soon.

Student participants will be given accommodation in Student Hostels at a rate of Rs. 250/per student/per night (twin sharing). The accommodation fee will be charged during the registration.

Visitor’s Hostel Room tariff:

• Single Room, Standard AC: Rs. 1000 + 18% GST 

• Double Room, Double Occupancy, Standard AC: Rs. 1500 + 18% GST (for 2 persons)

• Shared Double Room, Standard AC: Rs. 750+18% GST per person
