Thin Film Transistors and Circuits
Thin Film Transistor (TFT) group at FlexE Centre is developing state-of-the art TFTs on flexible substrates. Main objective of this group is to develop an industrially scalable low-cost and high performance TFT technology for various applications such as backplanes for flexible displays, sensors, imagers, and memory arrays. A higher integration level is foreseen to target wearable electronics and smart packaging applications, for example readout circuitry and eventually an NFC tag.
