Guest rooms have been reserved inside the IIT campus for the duration of the conference, i.e., from 12^th December to 16^th December. More information on the accommodation can be found here.

To request for accommodation at IIT Kanpur please go to the registration page and proceed with the registration. The request for accommodation can be made in this module. The confirmation of accommodation will be sent to you after October 15^th, 2011.

The preference for accommodation in the campus will be given to participants who will either make an oral presentation or display a poster.

The participants will have to settle the payments regarding their accommodation in cash at IIT Kanpur at the time of check-out.
