SUBMISSION AND FORMAT OF
EXTENDED ABSTRACTS
The extended abstract will be from two to four (2-4) A4
pages in length, and will be formatted in single column
format. Useful key figures are included within this page
limit. Arial font should be used in 11-point size or
equivalent. Margins to be no less than 2 cm. At the
beginning should be centered the paper title, authors'
names and affiliations, and a contact e-mail address.
Please include all relevant material (text and
accompanying figures) into a single document. If the
files are large, please compress them using a standard
utility before emailing them (limit is 5 Mb compressed).
The extended abstracts should be submitted
electronically, as a Portable Document Format (PDF)
file, whose filename should contain the name of the
first author (e.g., “Mittal.pdf”). The PDF file should
be submitted on

.
After acceptance, each contribution must be accompanied
by at least one separate registration, in order for the
presentation to be included in the conference program
and in the book of abstracts.
