I must say, this lab facility is nothing short of impressive. It provides all the resources and equipment we need to conduct our experiments effectively and efficiently. It's evident that the staff here takes great pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment. The support we receive from the staff in this lab facility is outstanding.

The data analysis was done on time and the results were reliable. The service provided during slot booking and sample submission was good. Overall, my experience with PGRL was satisfactory.

I Contacted PGRL Lab at IIT Kanpur for analysis of few starch samples.I was impressed by sincerity & humility of the staff serving there.The lab is ultraclean & very well maintained.The results were provided timely.I was really influenced by the approachability & humility of Mr Krishnendra Tripathi ji & his colleagues.Overall ,I can say that lab serves the purpose of not just IIT but of students & researchers who lack resources & good facilities.

So far I have used only XRD and I found all the results very precise. We are also looking for few more characterizations like XPS, FTIR, FESEM,in future journeys. Only one suggestion with respect to time, if somehow we can get results even more early that would be very great for us.

I am very much satisfied with the services provided by PGRL personnel. They are well trained and highly professional in sample characterization facilities like : UTM,FESEM,ICPMS,TGA & DSC

• Slots were always readily available whenever i needed to conduct experiments
• Staff behavior would always make me feel at ease here. I am from a different department but never did i get a feel of it. Thankful to all staffs
• High end microscope (Polarization Microscope) helped achieve better results

The staff in PGRL Lab is very humble. Always confirms the slot one day before & eager to help in any difficulties.
