Important notice regarding conference registration

• Only online registration is accepted.
• Kindly note that the conference does not allow ‘on-the-spot’ registration.
• Registration closes on September 14, 2013.
• All the participants must register before the conference. Please do not start your journey if you do not have a confirmation of your registration from the ICIUS secretariat.

Online Registration Process (TWO STEP PROCESS, as noted below)

Step 1: Make the payment towards the registration fee using anyone of the following options:

1. National or International Bank Transfer to conference account
2. IIT Kanpur Secure Online Payment Gateway (only VISA/MASTERCARD)
3. Mailing the Demand Draft in Advance to address given below
4. By providing the sanction letter number issued by government labs / companies /agencies (Note: Only applicable to Government of India Organizations)

You would require the bank transaction number or payment gateway transaction ID (of the form: IITK_DRPG_xxxx) received via email or demand draft number to proceed to the step 2. The details for each payment option are provided below.

Do not forget to include the list of participants in the next step in the online registration form, if payment is made for multiple participants.

 Step 2: Fill in the online registration form using this link to complete the registration for the participants. For spouse registration use this form.

Registration Fee for Participants

• All Costs are per person. All taxes are included. No additional charges.
• Secure Online Transaction can only be done in INR (Indian Rupees); Use 1 USD = 67 INR. Note: Foreign participants using IIT Kanpur Secure Online Payment Gateway have to enter the net amount in Indian Rupees based on conversion rate above.
  
• All authors and co-authors are expected to register as 'Regular - Full Payment' participants, unless they are students and have a valid student ID/Certificate.
• Participants from industry, private and government research and development laboratories, independent consultants and technical managers, etc. are also expected to register as 'Regular - Full Payment' participants.

Spouse Registration Fee

• All Costs are per person. All taxes are included. No additional charges.
• Secure Online Transaction can only be done in INR (Indian Rupees); Use equivalent amount shown in brackets. Note: Foreign participants using IIT Kanpur Secure Online Payment Gateway have to enter the net amount in Indian Rupees.
  
• Payment can be only made by either of the first three methods.

4. Sanction Letter

If you belong to government organization and your organization is making the payment on your behalf, then you can use the sanction letter number to register for the conference.
