Prof. Aditya K. Jagannatham
is a Professor in the Electrical Engineering department at IIT Kanpur, where he holds the Arun Kumar Chair Professorship. He received his Bachelors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, San Diego, U.S.A. From April '07 to May '09 he was employed as a senior wireless systems engineer at Qualcomm, San Diego, California, where he was a part of the Qualcomm CDMA technologies (QCT) division. His research interests are in the area of next generation wireless networks and machine learning, with a special emphasis on signal processing, AI/ ML applications in various 5G/ 6G technologies. Prof. Suraj Srivastava
received the M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India, in 2022. He was previously employed as a Staff-I systems design engineer with Broadcom Research India, and as a lead engineer with Samsung Research India. He also worked as a senior lead engineer in Qualcomm India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, from October 2022 to November 2023. His research interests include applications of Sparse Signal Processing in 5G Wireless Systems, mmWave and Tera-Hertz Communication, Optimization and Machine Learning. He was awarded Qualcomm Innovation Fellowships (QIF) in years 2018 and 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. He has been honoured with the prestigious INAE Young Associateship 2024 in recognition to his outstanding contributions in Wireless Communications. is working as Director in Samsung Semiconductor India Research(SSIR). He obtained his Masters and PhD from Indian institute of Science Bangalore. He has extensive 22+ years of experience at Samsung mainly in the Handset side Wireless Protocols and is presently leading Modem Firmware PHY/L1 and Commercialization of Exynos Modem across GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR and efforts towards 6G readyness for Samsung Modem Business. Proud Contributor to Exynos. Hold 7 US granted patents and 6 IEEE Publications. Additionally plays role of Chair of Communication Tech Panel @ SSIR leading the innovation efforts and also help for university collaboration efforts.

Dr. Raj Kumar
is a Principal Engineer/Manager at Qualcomm Research, India. He is an expert in the physical and MAC layer design of wired and wireless communication systems and has extensive experience in leading teams through the design, standardization, implementation and commercialization of 3G/4G/5G cellular systems, WiFi, WiGig (mmWave 60GHz), and low earth orbit satellite communication systems. He obtained his PhD from the University of Southern California (USC) and has also been a Postdoctoral Researcher at EPFL, Switzerland. | |

Mr LN Reddy
is currently a Distinguished Architect at Radisys Corporation. With extensive experience in Layer 1/2 design and implementation across multiple generations of wireless technologies—from 2G to 5G — he has contributed to cutting-edge telecommunications solutions. His recent critical assignments include developing Massive MIMO RAN solutions on Cloud RAN, focusing on user pairing and precoder algorithms to optimize network performance. He is also actively involved in Field Operations and Assistance (FOA) for several Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). Additionally, he has led R&D teams and managed the India team for Mimosa, a pioneering deployment of Unlicensed Band Radio (UBR) solutions in India, with over 10 million devices installed. His focus is on replacing traditional fiber connections with fixed wireless broadband solutions in the last mile, aiming to enhance high-speed internet access across regions.
