Women’s Association and Faculty Club jointly organized “Jazbaa 2018” a Cultural Extravaganza on 22nd April 2018. The WA organizing team Vibha Dikshit, Richa Verma and Jayshree Srivastava along with FC Secretary Satyjit Bannerji executed the whole plan of Jazbaa 2018 with the help of the coordinators of each item.

As soon as it was announced the whole campus was buzzing with cultural activities such as dances, skits, fashion show, singing activities and so on. It felt as if the campus community was eagerly waiting for this event to rejuvenate their cultural talents and creativity.

Jazbaa 2018 was a super success as more than 100 participants comprising of IITK faculty and Faculty wives performed in 14 events. The events were mainly dances classical, folk, Bollywood, western and aero, skits, fashion show, Quawaali, and medley. The musical items are kept for the musical evening which will be held later. There was an overwhelming applause from the audiences who thoroughly enjoyed every bit of all the performances.
