Summer Course on Organic Electronics and Flat Panel Displays:

SID-India Chapter is co-organizing a summer course on Organic Electronics from June 25 to July 20, 2007 at SCDT, IIT Kanpur. Course is aimed at students and young teachers/researchers planning to work in this area. About 20 students from Dankook University Korea will also be attending the course.

Course was aimed at students and young teachers/researchers planning to work in this area. 14 students from Dankook University and Hoseo University Korea also attended the course.

Winter Course on  Audio & Video: Processing, Transmission, Coding and Displays.

SID-India Chapter co-organized a course on Audio & Video: Processing, Transmission, Coding and Displays from November 26 to December 06, 2007. The lectures were delivered by 14 faculty members from the Departments of Electrical Engineering, Physics and Materials Science. The course was attended by the working engineers and executives of Door Darshan (Government of India, TV Broadcasting) and several private industries.

Is held from July 7 to July 28,2008 at IIT Kanpur.
