For completing the registration and presenting the paper at ICFMCF 2023, the presenters of accepted papers are requested to follow the following steps:
- The paper presenter needs to make the payment to the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) account latest by June 15, 2023. The payment details including the account holder name, account number, IFS code of the branch, and the SWIFT code are enclosed in the PDF file.
- For determining the exact amount (inclusive of GST @ 18 percent), please refer the Table below:

- Once the payment is made, the authors are mandatorily required to share the below mentioned details on the following email ID (icfmcf2023.payment@gmail.com). Please ensure that the subject of the mail is "Payment_Paper Submission ID". For example, if the paper submission ID is 123, the subject should be "Payment_123".

- Paper submission ID
- Screenshot of payment (indicating the amount)
- Transaction ID (UTR No.)
- Payment date
- After the payment gets reflected in the IITD account, the authors will receive a confirmation mail stating the completion of registration. This may take upto 1-5 working days.
- The registration invoice will be given to the presenters on the day of the conference.
