Guidelines for submission

GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS

Paper Submission Guideline
  1. Complete, unpublished papers or extended abstracts should be submitted online in Adobe PDF format through https://easychair.org/account/signin?l=Zco2MVECFlantNNDvp4Zvd.
  2. Papers should reach on or before March 15, 2023. All submissions will be reviewed, and the authors of accepted papers will be informed by April 15, 2023.
  3. Authors should anonymize manuscripts prior to submission. This entails removing or replacing author names and affiliations, as well as any self-citations or URLs that would clearly disclose their identity. Paper should start from title, abstract, and keywords, followed by the main paper.
  4. Authors should submit their papers online in pdf format only and should not name the pdf file in their name. ICFMCF 2023 uses EasyChair for submission of papers. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EasyChair to log in.
  5. Authors of accepted papers may be requested to act as discussants for other papers.

The last date for submission of full paper is March 15, 2023. Early submission is greatly appreciated.

Paper Formatting Guideline

The manuscript should be formatted using Times New Roman 12-point font and 1.5 line spacing. References may be formatted with single spacing. Kindly ensure that each page of the manuscript is numbered.

Easy Chair Submission Process:
  1. First, the participant needs to sign up in EasyChair.
  2. Then participant will receive EasyChair account confirmation email at the provided email address.
  3. After this, the participant needs to fill up detailed information on the EasyChair account setup page along with their preferred user name and password.
  4. Now, your account is created in EasyChair.
  5. Now login into EasyChair using your user name and password.
  6. Click into conference link: https://iitk.ac.in/ime/icfmcf.
  7. Alternatively, you can submit by clicking into the following submission link https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icfmcf2023
  8. Click "enter as an author."
  9. Fill in the details and submit your paper.
