Mr.Gaurav Shrishrimal is an entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Kaagaz Scanner, the homegrown document scanner app, which not only got a special mention at AatmaNirbhar Bharat App Challenge but also raised seed funding of INR 4.2 Crs from Pravega Ventures. Mr. Shrishrimal is a firm believer in the power of data and technology to simplify and smooth business operations. Quite early in his career, he has strived to make a name for himself in the startup ecosystem of India.
Mr. Shrishrimal did his B.Tech in Material Science and Engineering in 2014 from IIT Kanpur. While in college, he interned with Willis Towers Watson and Reliance Capital. Before developing Kaagaz Scanner app, he founded Sorted AI, which works like a smart personal assistant and helps organize notifications, notes, reminders, classifying personal documents etc. Prior to Sorted AI, he built Tapp Me, which provided On-Demand Home Services in 3 Tier-II cities of India - Vizag, Jaipur & Patna. Mr. Shrishrimal was instrumental in bringing change in the lives of more than 150 technicians by providing them a platform for getting a continuous livelihood through Tapp Me. Tapp Me reached revenues of $1 Million Mr. Shrishrimal has earlier also worked with Credit Suisse where he was involved in inventory management and analytics of refinancing opportunities for the Japan desk.
